From the first contact, good service is our main issue. We try to help potential customers by giving you the best possible assistance during the process. E.g. due to our widespread business contacts and good customer and supplier relations we have gained extensive know-how during the years, which helps us when we are designing customer solutions.

We are often able to get access to existing installations to demonstrate our products. In certain cases, we can also carry out tests with the products of new customers using existing/already delivered installations. Add to this that – due to our widespread business contacts – we can help you sell the end product by establishing contacts with potential buyers.

After-Sales-Service
It is very important for Wamatech A/S to be known as a company with satisfied customers. We offer our customers after-sales-service contracts for our machines and installations to make you feel safe and secure about the performance of your equipment.

We always participate in mounting and start-up of our installations – and we never leave the site until the installation runs satisfactorily.

Help over the phone and by means of modem are standard procedures and if this is not enough, we or one of our cooperation partners will visit you to solve the problem. 

Spare Parts
In general, main wearing parts can be delivered from day-to-day.

We have our own stock with the most common wearing parts especially for the Wire-Tie systems. If we do not have it, we can usually get it within 24 hours from our main stock in the UK.
