The solutions can be used for paper, cardboard, foil, burnable waste, etc. We can offer you the below mentioned solutions: - Stationary press units with changeable containers
- Press containers in different sizes, the press unit is integrated with the container
- Different types and sizes of containers
Stationary Press Unit - We have several solutions e.g. a 38 ton and a 45 ton press unit. With a 38 ton press unit we get 5 to 6 tons of hard cardboard in a 30m3 container and with a 45 ton press unit 6 to 8 tons.
- The press units can be equipped with different features such as lids, safety guards, extended hopper, tipper, etc.
- We have infeed openings from 1400 x 1900 mm to 2000 x 1900 mm.
- The press units can be connected to 20 – 25 and 30m3 containers automatically or manually.
Press Containers (Press unit with integrated container)
· We can offer 10, 20 and 24 m3 press container solutions. Pressing force 28 tons.
· Can be supplied with a variety of extra features e.g. extended hopper, lid, sensors for automatic start-up, front tipper, etc.
· Infeed opening approx. 1200 x 1900 mm
· Used for cardboard, plastic and public waste. Containers
· The size of the container is more or less up to you! We can supply containers in many different sizes and with many different features and
lock mechanisms.
